Anna Rawson wearing no (harem) pants

I feel strangely in tune with Anna Rawson's new GoDaddy .com commercial, just a bit disappointed with lost opportunities . Anna is a new ambassador for the company and the commercial has just had its debut. Writing in her blog Anna gushed: "I’ ve been talking about it for the last few weeks and I am so excited it finally aired. I hope you all liked it!! " I do, but for pete's sake, there's glamorous women and harem costumes and they are just underutilised . In the commercial, the Genie decides to put Anna's commercial companion in a fetching tshirt . If I was in charge of the world and had three wishes, I know who would be wearing the harem costume. There's obviously more to come, we can only hope.

French Style

WE’VE seen and commented before on the amazing ability lady gofers have in controlling golf balls with their mind powers. (Just check out some of the previous posts for confirmation) Here, French lady golfer Jade Schaeffer uses her powers to make the ball dance mid air before her caddy and a tournament crowd. Jade had just won the Ladies German Open Championship at Gut Haeusern near Munich, southern Germany. Obviously the exuberance generated by her win helped Jade to perform this amazing feat. I think the way women so often off-handedly practice little mind control exercises like this is one of the reasons they find it so easy to control the menfolk.Scientists are discovering that whilst most men’s brains are quite a bit larger than the average golf ball, many have about the same cognitive ability as a used Titleist.

Embracing Golf

THIS is lovely lady golfer Paula Creamer and US golfing compatriot Michelle Wie embracing at the eighteenth green during the third round of the Sybase Classic LPGA golf tournament in Clifton, New Jersey, recently. They were tied for fourth place at this stage, so just imagine how happy they would be if they were winning. You don’t often get this sort of thing in men’s golf. You could just picture Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson having a hug if they were joint leaders after the third round of a major tournament – I don’t think. We used to have a dinosaur of a football (rugby league) commentator in Australia who was always spitting chips at the sight of (male) football (soccer) players embracing after scoring a goal. He said it was distasteful, but at the same time he said he didn’t mind seeing the lady tennis players hugging each other after a match. I’m not sure where he was coming from with that, and I don’t know or recall his views on lady golfers embracing, but I’m pretty sure he wo...
